Yoga Therapy

PROMOTING WELLNESS, PREVENTATIVE HEALTH, AND FACILITATION OF THE BODY'S OWN HEALING SYSTEMS to address injury, pain, or functional limitation.

Yoga therapy is an essential alternative or complementary treatment methodology to reactive, illness-driven healthcare. Dr. Tiffany Denny merges clinical training in  physical therapy with over sixteen years of yoga experience to offer clients a balanced therapy environment that is grounded in both clinical reasoning and yogic wisdom. Yoga therapy is based on your needs and includes both a thorough, holistic evaluation, and interventions such as bodywork, breath and movement instruction, and extensive education along with a home program that takes your lifestyle and schedule into acount.
