Dr. Tiffany Denny merges clinical training in physical therapy with over sixteen years of yoga experience to offer clients a balanced therapy environment that is grounded in both clinical reasoning and yogic wisdom. Yoga therapy is based on your needs and includes both a thorough, holistic evaluation, and interventions such as bodywork, breath and movement instruction, and extensive education along with a home program that takes your lifestyle and schedule into acount.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your first visit will be approximately 75-minutes long, allowing time for both evaluation and initiation of your program. The evaluation will include discussion of your medical history, lifestyle, symptoms, and goals, a movement evaluation appropriate to your physical condition, the initiation of your program including any "homework," and recommendations for your therapy plan.
Subsequent visits are 60-minutes long, and may include hands-on bodywork, breathing techniques, and yoga asana (poses) or other movement activities, as well as the adjustment of your home practice. Please know that the home component is essential to any therapeutic experience, and ensure that you are willing to make time to participate fully.
